Thumbless mittens

With fingerless gloves being all the rage, perhaps the next hot item will be thumbless mittens!

The left hand mitten is finished, but for the thumb which I think I will knit after I have completed the right hand. These mittens are being knitted on size 0 needles with fingering weight yarn. The pattern is from a book of Norwegian patterns, written in Norsk. Fortunately the charts are very good.
