I love the way the light and shadows play among all the arches in our house.

Wall Quilt

Finally finished this wall quilt that I started last summer. The close up shows the "big" quilt stitches. They may be big but they sure take awhile to stitch. The quilt measures 36x36. For a closer look, click on the image to enlarge it.

A Hat

It has been too long since I've played around with yarns and stitch patterns. This hat has three shades of grey and two of blue. A mohair/silk blend yarn is the lightest grey and it provides a nice haze.

A Study in Red

With Christmas soon to be over, the next card giving holiday will quickly be here ---- Valentine's Day. Instead of buying red paper, I decided to paint my own. This was infinitely more fun and my plan is to cut this sheet into multiple hearts.
